Description

This is another case of gigantomastia, with breasts that were unmeasurable to start, causing all the usual symptoms of pain, rashes, and severe hard to her daily life. Dr. Linville performed a major breast reduction of over 1400 grams on each side, and did a free nipple graft, so that he could safely reduce the breast and lift it without killing the nipple and areola. Her transformation is immense. She actually could use a small revision on the left side, but she doesn't care, and is busy living her life now! The slight hypopigmentation of the NAC after doing the graft is normal, and easily tattooed. The skin on either side sometimes does relax due to the extreme "fatigue" that it had, before surgery.
