Description
This patient had severe macromastia, or gigantomastia, with rashes, back pain, neck pain, with breasts too large to measure. She underwent a breast reduction, and Dr. Linville performed a massive reduction with a free nipple graft, to preserve it, and in order to be able to get the breast down to the patient's desired size.
