Breast Reconstruction: Case 9 - TE to 400 cc implant with fat grafting
Description
This patient underwent a skin-sparing mastectomy using a vertical mastectomy incision, with tissue expander placement at stage 1. She then had her tissue expanders removed and implants placed, along with fat grafting to the skin envelope. Her implants are in really good position after surgery, with good symmetry. She had a nipple tattooing done which also looks great. She could use another round of fat grafting to help smooth out the contouring, but she is happy and content as is.
