Mini Tummy tuck : Case 3
Description
This 33 year old patient had severe diastasis but minimal skin laxity. This is a unique and challenging problem, where she needs a major diastasis repair, but minimal skin laxity. Dr. Linville chose to repair her diastasis through a mini abdominoplasty incision. He kept her belly button anchored down, which meant more work to go around it and suture the muscle together through a small window, but a nice aesthetic result for her belly button. Her incision is lower this way, and healed well, and led to a result that is very difficult to achieve. Of note, she also had a small breast lift.
