Description
This 45 year old woman underwent a mastopexy and IMF repair as part of a larger mommy makeover. She had grade II ptosis and descent, with lack of superior fullness. By using her own tissue to augment during the lift, she has a lot more cleavage and a nice full appearance to her lift.
