This patient had a BBL of roughly 800 cc as part of a mommy makeover. She did not want something too large, and wanted a little bit of hip improvement also. Dr. Linville injected fat using a top-down, superficial technique and got a nice, not-over-done look. An important part of her improved look, and any BBL, is the framing of the buttocks, which is important for this patient, as her torso and flank improvement helped highlight the buttock augmentation
